InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, an IHG Hotel

The rooms were really lovely - clean, bright and modern. The staff were amazing, especially at breakfast and when we checked out. Would definitely come back to stay at the InterContinental. Our breakfast was included in the price and was absolutely amazing! We used to be taken by buggy to the restaurants at Sanctuary Cove and the guys dropping us off and picking us up were incredible and so friendly and helpful.

Our room was amazing, overlooking the marina, very clean and nice facilities. The grounds are all beautifully manicured. The breakfast selection covered everyone's taste. What I was particularly impressed about was receiving a phone call before we left NZ for Brisbane, just to check on our booking and ensure they would be taking care of everything for us. Then on checking, it was clear that our requests were being taken care of. We loved our room and they made sure our preference was noted in our booking for future stays. Everything was so professionally taken care of, we will be back again! Thank you Santuary Cove!

I loved our stay here! the checkin staff were great and accommodating. They were happy to change our room to suit the bed requirements of children. the beds were amazing and I got to enjoy a sleep in. The gardens are lush and well kept and we even had a surprise kangaroo or two outside our room. The facilities were amazing and we spent much of the morning floating around the lagoon. we were so lucky that the weather was sunny as it was forecast to be raining for our whole stay. My 8 yo really enjoyed playing with the other children at the poolside activities and took away a special souvenir.

Loved the kangaroos loitering around the property and the views over the marina. The room was spacious and comfortable, the grounds lovely to walk around, the main building and breakfast room very comfortable and welcoming. Staff friendly and helpful.

We loved absolutely everything about this place. We loved the Breakfast and how everything was Dairy free and Gluten Free. The Service, Food and Drinks upstairs at the Bistro/Bar section was amazing. They couldn't have done more for you. The Lagoon we swam in every day and it was great.
